CNS-CREF is a not-for-profit foundation whose mission is to further the breadth of knowledge about brain injury and share that knowledge with practicing professionals, family members and the general public.​

  • Our mission is to initiate and support research that enhances understanding of brain injury, with the objective of improving patients' lives

  • Our duty is to share this knowledge with clinicians, families and the public

​

  • Our goal is to improve rehabilitation treatment and instill hope for all who seek help
